THE
SALT OF THE SUN
Middle
Eastern
Dance (Raqs el Sharqi) is the Ambassador of my heritage
and offers thousands of openings, creating strong bonds
between East and West
My
artistic career started at the age of 4
while I was learning tap dancing in Florida.
It was much later, in Cairo, that I learned Middle Eastern
Dance.
I was taught by male choreographers! This experience was
a privilege allowing me to attain great freedom on stage
and develop my own style.
Theatrical
Middle Eastern Dancer (Pharaoh & Phoenicia),
I am a Choreographer, a Coach and a Master Class Teacher.
I
take great pleasure in teaching this dance in three basic
forms:
1.Celebration
Dance
of
the Sacred
2.Dance-Therapy
3.Dance-Pedagogy
My
luxurious lessons concentrate on the awakening & blooming
of the body through the technique of Middle
Eastern
Dance movements & Pilates that I make easily accessible
to students in a cheeful atmosphere.
Also,
I am a STOTT
PILATES Instructor,
the contemporary approach.
I trained in Oxford & Canada
in the STOTT
centers.
In my classes of
STOTT PILATES,
I teach you to:
1. Connect your mind to your
body, optimize its muscular functions
& improve its posture.
2. Exercise with neutral
spine
& pelvis.
3. Streamline your body, tone up the muscles balancing
strength & flexibility as well as obtain a flat belly.
4. Improve your performances in sports & dance.
5. Prevent or relieve pain of neck, back & articulations.
6. Improve balance, co-ordination, endurance & circulation.
PILATES classes are essentially taught in english.
"For
Salinna
who has the secret
of awakening the body
& blooming the heart!

created
THE
SALINNA DEL SOLL COMPANY®,
a bridge between East and West,
to send out a message of openness
through big shows.
The
Company consists of dancers
(The Salinettes & the Salinos), singers,
comedians, choreographers and directors...
Morever,
I am preparing to go on stage
with THE
SALINNA DEL SOLL COMPANY®,
in a show which I created and produced:
TWO THOUSAND AND ONE NIGHTS®
(DEUX MILLE ET UNE NUITS),
a show that aspires to go round the world...
